Yu Diamond: part of the controlling shareholder's share pledge

Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the notice from the controlling shareholder Henan Huajing Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Henan Huajing”), the original of Henan Huajing Pledged to the 59,700,000 restricted shares of Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd. (this part of the shares was changed to 10,914,000 shares for every 10 shares on May 23, 2012; this part of the shares was released on March 26, 2013. On May 22, 2013, China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch handled partial pledge procedures and lifted pledges of 59,700,000 shares; see the announcement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's designated GEM information disclosure website on July 9, 2013. The Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. handled the pledge procedure and released 59,700,000 shares of the pledged shares.

As of the date of this announcement, Henan Huajing holds a total of 246,600,000 shares of the company's unrestricted shares, accounting for 40.56% of the company's total share capital. The total number of shares of Henan Huajing for the pledge of this time was 59,700,000 shares, accounting for 24.21% of the total number of shares held by the company, accounting for 9.82% of the company's total share capital.

After the pledge was lifted, the total number of shares pledged by Henan Huajing was 61,000,000 shares, accounting for 24.74% of the total shares held by Henan Huajing, accounting for 10.03% of the company's total share capital.
