(3) Improve vibration equipment and tools, reduce vibration intensity, or reduce the weight of hand-held vibration tools to reduce muscle load and static tension.
(4) Reform the pneumatic tools, change the direction of the exhaust outlet, and fix the tools.
(5) Reform work system, special personnel plane, timely maintenance and repair.
(6) Vibration isolation measures (rubber damping layer, cork damping cushion, glass fiber felt damping cushion, composite vibration isolation device) shall be taken on the floor and equipment foundation.
(7) Reasonably issue personal protective equipment, such as anti-vibration warm gloves.
(8) Control the temperature of the workshop and work site and maintain it at 16 degrees or more.
(9) Establish a reasonable labor system, adhere to rest and regular rotation of work systems, in order to facilitate the recovery of the functions of various organ systems.
(10) Strengthen technical training and reduce static operations components in operations.
(11) Adhere to the pre-employment medical examination. Those who suffer from employment contraindications are not allowed to perform the operation; regular medical examinations are conducted on the staff, and workers who are injured by vibration are found as soon as possible, and appropriate preventive measures are taken to promptly treat patients with vibration.
