2015 safety notice held Week of Science and Technology
Provincial, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Safety Production Supervision Administration, provincial coal mine safety supervision bureaus:
In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Central Propaganda Department, and the China Association for Science and Technology, the State Administration of Safety Supervision is scheduled to hold a Safety Technology Week from May 16 to 24, 2015. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1. Local safety supervision departments at all levels and resident coal mine safety supervision agencies shall comply with the requirements of the “China Science and Technology Association Central Propaganda Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the holding of the 2015 Science and Technology Activities Week†(Guo Ke Fa Zheng [2015] No. 62, see attachment) With the theme of “Relying on scientific and technological progress and adhering to the safety red lineâ€, we actively organized the activities of the Safety Science and Technology Week in the region.
2. During the period of safety technology activities, all units should make full use of modern means of communication to demonstrate the major achievements of safety science and technology innovation, realize the safe production of popular science knowledge into the countryside, enter the community, enter the enterprise, enter the campus, and create a society-wide concern and support for safe production. The good atmosphere will further promote the popularization of safety science knowledge in the whole society and improve the awareness and scientific literacy of safe production of the whole people.
3. All units are requested to submit the work of the 2015 Safety Science and Technology Activity Week in the region to the Planning and Technology Department of the State Administration of Safety Supervision before June 30th.
