In these conditions, as long as it satisfies a condition, it is framed into Class A explosion-proof, such as benzene, toluene, acetone, etc., belonging to Class A dangerous goods. For Class A dangerous goods, the relevant regulations are as follows:
1. Above-ground Class A fixed top vertical storage tank fireproof spacing: when the single storage tank volume is more than 1000 cubic meters, the storage tank spacing is 0.6D (D is the diameter of the storage tank), when the storage tank spacing is less than or equal to 1000 cubic meters, the storage tank Pitch 0.75D. But at the same time, it is stipulated that the fire-proof spacing between ground and fixed tanks of Class A and B liquids with a single tank capacity of not more than 1,000 cubic meters shall not be less than 0.6 D if a fixed cooling fire system is used. It is also stipulated that the space between storage tanks may be appropriately reduced when foam fire extinguishing equipment with submerged spray foam, fixed cooling water equipment, and liquid fire in fire prevention embankments are installed. However, the above ground tanks should not be less than 0.4D.
2. The fireproof distance between the fixed-top vertical storage tank and the process equipment must be greater than 25 meters; the fireproof distance from the warehouse of Class A goods is between 25 meters and 35 meters (depending on the size of the tank).
3. The fire-proof distance between Class A process equipment and the power distribution room and pump room should not be less than 20 meters and the minimum is not less than 15 meters; the fire separation distance from the open fire and the distribution site should not be less than 30 meters; and the fire separation distance from the sewage treatment plant should not be suitable. Less than 30 meters. The distance between the fire protection of the off-site road (roadside) is 15 meters; the distance between the main road (roadside) is 10 meters; the distance between the fire and the secondary road (roadside) is 5 meters; and the distance between the fire and the civil building Not less than 25 meters; the distance between fire protection and important public buildings is not less than 50 meters.
4. Class-A explosion-proof powerhouses with explosion hazards should be set up independently and open or semi-opened workshops should be used, and reinforced concrete columns and steel columns should be used for frame or truss structure. Steel columns should be fireproofed; There should be no less than two exits.
5. The distance between the control room and the production facility should not be less than 15 meters and should leave the electrical explosion-proof zone (dangerous area). If it is necessary to be in the explosion-proof zone, then the wall facing the danger zone will not open doors and windows, and take anti-explosive positive pressure measures so that the room will maintain a positive pressure of 510mm water column, so as to avoid dangerous gas entering the control room. In addition, other factors need to be considered:
A: The top of poisonous gas equipment
B: Take care to leave the equipment with high temperature, high pressure and flammable or toxic substances
C: At least one side of the control room is not facing the production facility.
