Figure 1a. Figure 1b is a typical workpiece of two axial hole rod assembly groups that are common in mechanical manufacturing. They all process axial holes or threads with outer diameter and end face positioning. Fig. 1c, Fig. 1d, Fig. 1e are also typical workpieces of several aliquot disk parts in the mechanical manufacturing. They are based on the outer diameter. The end face or bore is positioned to bisect the hole or thread of the workpiece. In order to reduce the special drilling mold, save costs and shorten the production preparation cycle, we designed and manufactured the universal indexing drilling mold shown in Figure 2.
