Operations

ON/OFF SWITCH

Depress the ON/FF Trigger (1) to operate the jig saw parts.

SWITCH LOCK-ON BUTTDN

Depress the ONIOFF Trigger to power on the saw then press the Lock-On Button(2). This will now lock the Jigsaw onto continuous use.

To switch the saw off, depress and release the ON/OFF Trigger.

VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL

Adjust the Variable Speed Control to increase or decrease the speed according to the material thickness and Blade specification to be used.

NOTE

The required stroke speed depends on the type of material and working conditions. This should be fast enough to make reasonable progress while slow enough to keep a Clean tut and avoid placing too much strain on the tool. Generally, Finer Blades use a higher speed whore as coarser Blades use a slower speed.

ANGLE ADJUSTMENT

To adjust the angle of inclination, loosen the 2 Hex Bolts (C) on the base of Jigsaw.

Move the base plate forwards or backwards until the vertical slots align with the two Hex Bolts(C). You can then rotate the base plate to the required angle.

The angle of inclination numbers are stamped onto the curved bracket on top of the Base Plate to help you to set the correct angle.

Check the Roller Support(B) before tightening.

Firmly tighten the Hex Bolts when finished.
